Who’s Behind PSC?

Hello!

Hi!

I’m Jaida Sterling, the founder of Pretty Sweet Content and the woman who helps create all of your content!

I originally started as a social media manager and content creator back in 2022, but decided to make the switch and focus on content creation only at the beginning of 2026.

Pretty Sweet Content is based in Columbus, Ohio, but I’ve been working with business owners outside of Ohio too.

Fun Facts About Me

  • Typically, I either order an iced vanilla latte with oatmilk or an iced strawberry matcha with oatmilk.

Lately, I’ve been getting an iced chai latte with vanilla cold foam on top.

Overall, I love coffee, ESPECIALLY when it’s iced :)

  • I love doing Content Shoots the most!

One reason is because I get to help with the content from beginning to end.

The main reason is because I get to meet incredible business owners in person.

I typically work with women business owners, and I always walk away from a shoot either feeling inspired or having learned a lot about an industry I’m not a part of.

It truly makes my heart sing to take some of the weight off women’s shoulders when they’re striving to be the best they can be in their business.

  • For business, it’s Instagram.

    For pleasure, it’s TikTok.

But to be honest, I have a love/hate relationship with Instagram right now. However, I have gotten 90% of my work on there so I kinda gotta love it.

TikTok is THAT GIRL though! I can scroll on there for daysss.

My current algorithm is flooded by ballet-related content (that’s one of my main hobbies), fashion content, and whimsy content.

  • I have two.

I can spell the alphabet backwards, and I can always find where I park — NO JOKE.

Even if we’re at Cedar Point (theme park in Ohio), I can find where I parked, no problem.

Thank you so much for taking the time to learn about me and Pretty Sweet Content. Now it’s my turn to learn about you!

If you’re ready to take content off your plate, send an inquiry form my way or DM me on Instagram!

  • Pretty Sweet Content is best for brands who:

    • Care about aesthetics and brand presence

    • Want high-quality social media content

    • Don’t need social media management

    • Are ready to invest in content that reflects their brand

If that sounds like you — we’ll work well together

  • Step One: Onboarding Questionnaire

I send you an Onboarding Questionnaire to learn more about your business, your goals for content, your branding, and more.

This questionnaire usually takes 15 minutes to complete, and it tells me what I need to know in order to make content that will help you in your goals while still matching your brand’s energy.

    Step Two: Contract + Invoice

Depending on the service you request, I will send you a contract related to that service and an invoice based on the deliverables you requested too.

Step Three: Content Day Prep or Content Sharing

If you signed up for a Content Shoot, I will create a content ideas/shot list before the day of the shoot for you to approve.

If you signed up for video editing or graphic posts, I will have you share any materials you have that I can use through Google Drive or a shared iCloud Drive.

Once I receive or capture content, I will begin editing the videos, photos, or graphic posts that you have requested in the timeframe we have agreed on.

From there, I will share completed content through Google Drive. I offer two revisions per content piece. If there are any revisions, I will fulfill the revision requests, then the project will be completed!
